Marvis service terms

The service

Marvis is an action and decision organiser operated by Ricky Andrew McDonnell, using RMC Group service branding. Contact info@RMCEngineering.co.uk for support.

Your account and records

Use your own account and keep sign-in credentials private. Only enter information you are entitled to store and share. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your records, the people you assign work to, and decisions or actions taken in the real world.

Sharing and connected services

Select a registered assignee when you intend to share an action. Review the owner and email before saving. Connecting ChatGPT authorises its enabled tools to access and update records available to your account. ChatGPT and other providers have their own access requirements and terms. The plugin does not send email, delete users or delete actions; website capabilities differ.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt unauthorised access, impersonate another person, interfere with the service or store unlawful content. Do not put passwords, verification codes, payment details or regulated sensitive personal information in records. Treat generated summaries as assistance and check important details against your saved records.

Availability and charges

Features may change and the service may be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons. Marvis does not collect payments through this plugin. Any future Marvis charges would need to be presented separately before you agree to them. Your ChatGPT account and other providers may have separate charges or limits.

Export, deletion and closure

Use the workspace export to retain a copy of your records. Action deletion requires confirmation and removes the current item; history and backups are handled as described in the privacy notice. Contact support for account closure. Access may be restricted where necessary to respond to misuse or security issues.

Changes and questions

The effective date identifies this version. Material changes will be explained through the service or appropriate account communications. Contact support if you have a question about these terms. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
